Gambero Rosso is 30 years old. Thirty years talking about cooks, vineyards, artisans and hospitality experts. We celebrated at Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria in Rome.
The party and the menu
A great party (also broadcast live streaming), a surprise aperitif, a dinner entirely made by Heinz Beck. The prizes, the talk, the best representatives of Italian food and wine sitting alongside, the emotion and the desire to look forward to the next thirty years.
The charity auction and the winners
During the dinner we also tried to give some courage to those who today are really struggling to handle the daily with a auction whose proceeds went to the Fondazione Banco Alimentare Marche ONLUS. And we animated the web followers with a live show during which Gambero Rosso Channel’s guests and talents followed: Laura Ravaioli, Andrea Golino, Giorgione, Eleonora Baldwin, Max Mariola, Toni Brancatisano, Marcello Ferrarini, Diana Beltran, Sara Bonamini and Laura Of Pietrantonio.
On stage, the presenters Andrea Vianello and Paolo Cuccia announced the Thirty-Year Awards, 36 winners divided into twelve categories, chosen with the complicity of the most significant signatures of food and wine: Marco Bolasco, Alberto Cauzzi, Luigi Cremona, Eleonora Cozzella, Andrea Cuomo, Federico De Cesare Viola, Anna Di Martino, Bruno Gambacorta, Licia Granello, Andrea Grignaffini, Alberto Lupini, Paolo Marchi, Alessandra Meldolesi, Anna Morelli, Antonio Paolini, Davide Paolini, Andrea Petrini, Fernanda Roggero, Anna Scafuri, Antonio Scuteri, Velerio Visintin.
