- Fragrance: medium fruity, clear scent of olives, smell of fresh hay, artichoke and banana, reminiscent, to a lesser degree, of tomato.
- Taste: fresh and clean, initially with a slight sweet flavour, followed by a palatable and harmonious bitter and spicy taste of medium intensity, persistence rich in vegetable notes with predominance of artichoke.
- Use: fresh in soups, on vegetables, legumes, bruschetta, pinzimonio, salads, medium-flavoured fish, desserts.
