Ingredients:

• 300 g pre-cooked white beans
• 200 g peeled whole tomatoes
• 2 garlic cloves
• Fresh sage
• Salt
• Pepper
• Villa Magra EVOO
Recipe:
In a heavy kettle, cook garlic and sage leaves in Villa Magra over medium heat. After a couple of minutes, stir the peeled tomatoes in and simmer until the sauce has thickened. Add the beans and season with salt and pepper to taste; cook for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately, seasoning with a drizzle of fresh Villa Magra.
